Does my product need to be unopened or unused before returning?

No, please use it! In fact, we don’t encourage returns within the first month as we know it can take special needs kiddos a while to adjust to the bed.
We are here to provide tips on how to get acclimated to the bed. We want you to get the full experience, using it as you normally would, so you can be sure that you love it. We’re confident that you will!
Our one request is that if there are stains or spills, please clean them up as best as you can or machine wash the canopy before sending it back.
