Camera troubleshooting
In this article, we discuss common tips that have helped with troubleshooting the camera within the Tech Hub.
The camera is turned sideways
This is on purpose. The camera is positioned to let you see the entire bed from head to foot. That way you can see everything inside, not just part of the bed.
In the camera preview, you will see a bracket icon in the bottom right corner. Tap this to bring the camera view to full screen and it will rotate the view upright as well.
Error Code 90 (the device is offline)
Check your internet connection
Restart the camera by unplugging the power cord, waiting about 1 minute, and plugging the power back in.
No sound can be heard from the camera
Double-check that your device’s volume is turned up.

Reconnect your camera to the app by following the steps above.
