Circadian Light Troubleshooting

Step 1

Prepare by downloading the 'Philips SleepMapper App' SleepMapper - Apps on Google Play from Google Play or the App Store on your smartphone. Then, plug in your Philips Wake-Up Light and it should read ‘Hello’ on the screen.


Step 2

Open the app and you’ll see the ‘My Device’ screen > Click the ‘Connect a Device’ button. Next,  select the option ‘Sleep & Wake-up Light’ > Click the ‘Get Started’ button.

 

Step 3

Press the ‘Play (mceclip0.png)’ icon on your Philips Wake-Up Light > Select your preferred language > Click the ‘Check-Mark (✔️)’ button to set language. Next, the ‘Antenna Icon (Screenshot_2022-12-31_063029.png) should be showing on your Philips Wake-Up Light.

 

Step 4

Click the 'Connect to Sleep & Wake-Up Light' button in the SleepMapper App. A prompt will appear stating: “SleepMapper Wants to Join Wi-Fi Network PHILIPS Setup”. > Select 'Join'


Step 5

Next, select your Wi-Fi network > Enter the Wi-Fi password > Name your Wake-Up Light. Lastly, Your Philips Wake-Up Light should say 'Wi-Fi Connected'.

 

Please note: A software update may be required on your device. If you are not able to resolve, please make sure your smartphone’s internal software is fully up-to-date. Once it’s running the latest version, please try again.
